Ask — T20 cricket stats in plain English
Type a question in plain English. The system translates it into a database query against Big Hit Cricket's ball-by-ball records and returns the answer directly. No menus to navigate, no filters to configure — just ask.
What you can ask
The database holds ball-by-ball records for ~9,600 matches across 18 competitions. Any question that can be answered from that data, Ask can handle. Some examples:
- "Who has the best death over economy rate in the IPL since 2019?"
- "Which venues have the highest average first innings score in T20 Blast?"
- "How many runs has Virat Kohli scored in powerplays across his IPL career?"
- "What is Jasprit Bumrah's wicket rate in the last 2 overs of an innings?"
What Ask cannot do
Ask draws only from the Big Hit Cricket database. It does not have access to live scores, news, injuries or information outside the platform's ball-by-ball records. For current-season leaderboards, use the Form Guide.
Follow-up questions
Ask remembers your last 3 questions, so you can refine results without repeating yourself:
- "Now filter that to IPL only"
- "Show me the same for bowlers"
- "List the top 10 instead"
Hit new conversation (top right of the tool) to start fresh with a completely unrelated question.
Explore the data yourself
Ask is the fastest way to answer a specific question. For building a full leaderboard or comparing multiple players, the Stat Builder gives you more control.
